Beep Beep!. We are introducing a new club league for all members and all abilities. It is explained in detail on the next page and should be a bit of fun and help people improve by providing some motivation! 
As the league categories are based on your mile pace over 5k the first league run will also be the 5k TT on the last Thursday of the January , the 28th. This will enable us to place people in the correct category. The league table will appear after the first results in the top menu.
