Why should you run? Why join a club? Well, firstly the health benefits are enormous. It will help you get in shape and improve your health and wellbeing. It can relieve stress and boost attitude. When running in a club you are with similar likeminded people. Encouragement and advice can be got from fellow members and it even gives you a new social scene. Little else, apart from a new pair of shoes is required to start running so it relatively inexpensive. Ask yourself why you want to run and set goals, you are more likely to keep running if you have an objective.
