Co Wicklow winter leagues continue on Sunday October 21st with a 4 mile race in Avondale co Wicklow.  These leagues are organised by  Fit for life and are aimed at recreational runners.  I would like to invite you all to participate and have no doubt that after your 3 mile success on Sunday 7th October this distance should be no trouble to you!
