Mickey Freehill and Shane Connolly both took part in the first Mens Mini Marathon in the Phoenix Park on the 04/05/09. The times on the finish clock were:

Mickey Freehill    45:30

Shane Connolly  36:10

Seems to have been some confusion as to whether the course was a bit short. Looks like the lead marshal went wrong and left what amounts to about 400 - 500m out of the course. Probably realistically adds between 1:30 ish to the times.
