Lakeshore Striders is a senior running club based in Blessington, Co. Wicklow and was formed in 2007.
Training takes place @ 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday at Blessington Community College, Naas Road.
The Beginners 'Couch to 5k' programe has commenced week beginning 8th of January, new members welcome.
